Start earning your master's degree in management as an undergraduate.

Learn how to develop and lead a successful organization. Build a foundation in the essential components of management, including finance and accounting, marketing, organizational behavior, managing resources, and ethics. Discover what outstanding companies do differently to achieve and sustain competitive advantage. These are some of the skills you'll focus on in both of our accelerated master's degree programs in management.

As part of the undergraduate major, you'll get real-world experience through internships in a variety of organizational settings. Then, transition into a fully online master's program—either an MS in Management or an MBA—during your senior year, opening up a wider range of professional opportunities after graduation.

Two Program Options

Both programs are open to incoming freshman and Lesley undergrads working toward their BS in Business Management in all modalities—on the Lesley campusonline, or off campus at Bunker Hill Community College or at the DeMello International Center in New Bedford. Talk to your advisor or program director to determine which of these two paths are right for you.

  • Option 1: BS in Business Management + Online MS in Management

This accelerated master's degree option combines the curriculum of the undergraduate Business Management major and our 33-credit online Master of Science (MS) in Management. In the graduate program, you'll specialize in general management or nonprofit management.

The online MS in Management program is 33 credits. By completing some graduate credits as an undergraduate student, you'll save time and money.

    • Complete 9 graduate credits online (3 courses) during your senior year, included in your undergraduate tuition. This saves you about 1.5 semesters of time.
    • Finish the remaining 24 credits of the 33-credit master's program in your fifth and final year, at the graduate tuition rate.
    • You'll receive your BS in Business Management once you complete the requirements for the bachelor's degree, and you'll receive your MS in Management when you complete the requirements for the graduate program.
