Registration InstructionsThe Institute may be taken for Professional Development Points (PDPs) or 3 Lesley University Graduate credits. Participants who attend all sessions will earn approximately 35 Massachusetts Professional Development Points. To Register as a Non-Credit ParticipantPlease complete the registration form [pdf] and mail it to us, along with payment in the amount of $500. Please contact the Institute office for information about discounts. Please make checks payable to Lesley University, and mail along with your registration form to: Heather Olson To Register for the Graduate Credit OptionComplete the Institute's registration form [pdf] indicating your choice for the graduate credit option. Students will earn 3 graduate credits from Lesley University's School of Education upon successful completion of EEDUC 6810.30: Peaceable Schools: Transforming Schools & Communities, which includes a final project. If you are using a course voucher for payment, please include a check for $60 to cover the course materials and University registration fee. For information about course content, contact Linda Brion-Meisels at Librium@lesley.edu. Methods of PaymentParticipants may pay by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover), an original Purchase Order (PO), check, or money order (payable to Lesley University - Peaceable Schools). Purchase Order PolicyRegistrations that are paid by purchase order must include on the registration form the purchase order number, the name of the conference, the name of the registrant, and the name of the issuing school system or agency. The original purchase order with authorized signature must be included with the registration form(s). Please retain a copy of the purchase order for your records. Scholarships and DiscountsA group (3 or more) discount is available at $400 per person. If you are in need of financial assistance please complete the scholarship request form. Confirmation EmailsA confirmation email will be sent prior to the Institute. Please be sure to include an email address where you are confident you will receive your confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 days of sending your materials, please call to verify your registration. If you register the week prior to the Institute your confirmation packet will be available at the registration desk when you arrive. Check-In ProcedureUpon arrival at the Institute, participants are asked to check in at the registration table to pick up their Institute Welcome Packet. Cancellation/Refund PolicyRefund requests received 14 days before the start of the Institute will be honored with a $50.00 administrative processing fee deducted from the refund. Requests must be made in writing via email to Heather Olson, at holson2@lesley.edu. Refund policy is the same for prepaid and purchase order registrations. If at the last minute you are unable to attend, we suggest you send a colleague in your place. Certificate of Attendance (PDP's)At the end of each day of the Institute, please take time to complete the Institute Evaluation Forms that can be found in your Institute Welcome Packet. On the last day of the Institute after filling out and turning in your evaluation forms you will be issued your Certificate of Attendance.
